Short Term Outcomes
We have reached a total of 770 students and 25 teachers/staff members that observed our Presentation, participated in our activities and received Coping Tellers and bracelets.
We received positive feedback from students and staff members.
Students will be able to take these age appropriate and easily accessible coping skills anytime they need. This will help them feel more comfortable seeking support from a trusted adult or managing symptoms of depression and anxiety on their own. This will help them focus academically in school and will keep them from using self harm and marijuana use as their coping skills.
"Thank you for coming to our school from Sutter Middle School. We really appreciate it. I learned a lot of things about depression, anxiety, emotions, kindness and other peoples feelings".
